Ever-widening path via global best practices

I know it's been a while since you've heard from me here and that is only because I have been happily offering my programs and enjoying their growth at a very special venue here in the Lehigh Valley ~ the CSCGLV ... and last night I met one of the board members who encouraged me to integrate the phrase "global best practices" into course descriptions.  YES, that's precisely right.  Thank you Heather for this recommendation.  Indeed these artful practices I share based on centuries-old traditions from cultures spanning the globe afford deep, meaningful, healing, energetic and joyful experiences.  This phrase enhances, heightens and renews my enthusiasm for the wonders of a life lived wherein every day affords new opportunity for sharing my passion, meeting new people and widening the circle of friends.
Thank you God/Goddess/Goodness

The dance reaches out to those of us who may have lost touch with the internal flame of creativity and femininity.  The expression of our femininity is not just how we look on the outside but how we feel on the inside....
I find dancing facilitates remembering and celebrating our unique essence and personal presence.  Furthermore, it develops unique self expression, and heightened self esteem.  Read more  ...
